  A: Getting Founding Members (Founders)  
 

 

 
  There is a limited number of founding positions available. There is an opportunity for 2200 Founding Members to achieve special status launching this revolutionary plan. Founding Members are requested to contribute $2,625 U.S. (Partners will have the opportunity to upgrade to the Founding Member position first and follow their sponsor, or the sponsors sponsor). 

Founders will be paid a 20% override on the commissions (does not apply on overrides) earned by the members they sponsor (if a member earns $10,000 commission per month, the sponsor will earn $2,000 override per month).

Founders have the first option to own retail outlets at 20% bellow market value (if the market value of a retail outlet is $200.000, the member will pay only $160,000 with up to 90% company financing).

Founders earn 20% commission from royalties we collect from the retail outlets that were sold to people that were introduced by the Founder (if a retail outlet produces $40,000 in gross business volume per month, let's assume the royalty paid to the company will be $2,000 per month and the sponsor will earn $400 commission per month).

 
     
 

Founding Members will be elected to the following positions:

1). An elected Executive In Charge (EIC) will oversee, advise, communicate with GMDs and CAs and report directly to the Company.

2). An elected board of 12 Global Marketing Directors (GMD) will be formed from our founding members that will oversee, advise, help direct the future of the company and report to the Executive In Charge (EIC).

     a). Each GMD will be responsible for a group of 156 Founding Members.

     b). GMDs will be elected by their group of Founding Members every 2 years.

3). Each GMD will have an elected panel of 12 Area Marketing Directors (AMD) that will oversee specific areas, advise and report to their GMD (Global Marketing Director).

     a). Each AMD will be responsible for a total of 12 Local Marketing Advisors (LMA).

     b). AMDs will also be elected every 2 years.

4). Each AMD will have an elected panel of 12 Local Marketing Advisors (LMA) that will oversee specific locations and small areas, advise and report to their AMD.

     a). Each LMA will also be elected every 2 years.

5). A panel of 315 Company Advisors (CA) will be formed to oversee all of the above, advice on major changes or decisions and report directly to the EIC (Executive in charge) of all operations.

Founders that are not in a position to perform the duties required will be replaced by a willing and approved associate. There will always be 2200 Active Founders promoting our concept.

 
     
     
  B: Getting Associate Members (Associates)

There is a limited number of associate positions available. There is an opportunity for 9800 Associate Members to achieve special status launching this revolutionary plan. Associate Members are requested to contribute $1,225 U.S.

Associates will be paid a 15% override on the direct commissions (does not apply on overrides) earned by the members they sponsor (if a member earns $10,000 commission per month, the sponsor will earn $1,500 override per month).

Associates have the option to own retail outlets at 15% bellow market value (if the market value of a retail outlet is $200,000 the member will pay only $170,000 with up to 90% company financing).

Associates earn 15% commission from royalties we collect from the retail outlets that were sold to people that were introduced by the Associate (if a retail outlet produces $40,000 in gross business volume per month, let's assume the royalty paid to the company will be $2,000 per month and the sponsor will earn $300 commission per month).

 
     
  C: Getting Marketing Members (Marketers)

There is no limit to the number of marketing positions available. There is an opportunity for all the people to join and achieve financial independence with our revolutionary marketing plan. Marketing Members are requested to contribute $525 U.S.

Marketers will be paid a 10% override on the direct commissions (does not apply on overrides) earned by the members they sponsor (if a member earns $10,000 commission per month, the sponsor will earn $1,000 override per month).

Marketers have the option to own retail outlets at 10% bellow market value (if the market value of a retail outlet is $200.000, the member will pay only $180,000 with up to 90% company financing).

Marketers earn 10% commission from royalties we collect from the retail outlets that were sold to people that were introduced by the Marketer (if a retail outlet produces $40,000 in gross business volume per month, let's assume the royalty paid to the company will be $2,000 per month and the sponsor will earn $200 commission per month).

 
     
 

D: Getting Personal Users (Members)

There is no limit to the number of user/member positions available. There is an opportunity for all the people to join and achieve financial independence with our revolutionary marketing plan. Members are requested to contribute $175 U.S.

Members will be paid a 5% override on the direct commissions (does not apply on overrides) earned by the members they sponsor (if a member earns $10,000 commission per month, the sponsor will earn $500 override per month).

Members have the option to own retail outlets at 5% bellow market value (if the market value of a retail outlet is $200.000, the member will pay only $190,000 with up to 90% company financing).

Members earn 5% commission from royalties we collect from the retail outlets that were sold to people that were introduced by the Member (if a retail outlet produces $40,000 in gross business volume per month, let's assume the royalty paid to the company will be $2,000 per month and the sponsor will earn $100 commission per month).

Phase II begins as soon as we have our 2200 founding members in place.

A: Commercial Real Estate Acquisitions

B: Development of Commercial Real Estate into Retail Outlets

PHASE  THREE

Phase III  begins as soon as we have the first property that has been developed into Retail Outlets.

A: Member training for Ownership of a Retail Outlet or for Management positions (Training will be available on an on going basis)

B: Sale or Leasing of Retail Outlets to Qualified and Fully Trained individuals
